  • We have a limited number of double-occupancy rooms available. If you and a partner, friend, or colleague would like to room together in a double-occupancy room, please note that we will need information for both registrants at this time to ensure double-occupancy room availability.

Releases

For the safety of all participants, facilitators, and venue staff, we ask that all participants self‑administer a COVID rapid test within 24 hours before the start of the event, and forgo attendance in the event of a positive test or if feeling unwell.

Please note: during check‑out you will have the option to purchase insurance to be reimbursed for registration costs in the event of cancellation due to illness.

    Xiomara brings nearly three decades of experience in establishing strong culture and designing the talent structures to keep organizations effective in a dynamic context. As a seasoned leadership coach, Xiomara specializes in supporting senior executives to interrogate and deprogram from internalized oppression and evolve their leadership practices to live out their deepest-held beliefs every day while moving closer over time to their own definition of liberation. Xiomara’s brings a hybrid approach to her coaching. She supports coachees to leverage their own brilliance to surface and solve their gnarliest challenges through inquiry-based questioning. Meanwhile, Xiomara helps coachees to combat the isolation that can be inherent in leadership by offering thought partnership and advising when desired.

    Lucerito brings over 15 years of experience in the social impact sector with experience across program management, strategy and system development, data analysis and use, talent management, facilitation, leadership development and support, and culture-building. Lucerito specializes in supporting leaders of color to identify personal and professional needs, build and protect boundaries, and lean into their own power and agency to protect their well-being, joy, sense of connection, and professional effectiveness. Lucerito’s primary focus in coaching is to make space for deep reflection and personal learning through inquiry. She leads with questions and observations, inviting coachees to interrogate beliefs and assumptions, and to build on their brilliance and strengths.
